Pay: $1,200 – $2,500+ per week (Base + Performance Bonuses)
Location: Houston & surrounding areas

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform thorough system checks to prevent future issues
- Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers
- Ensure systems are fully tested and working properly before leaving
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years Residential HVAC service experience – Service Technicians Only – No Installers
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good communication skills with customers
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not required
